For the summer season 2012 The sushi school has been transformed into a SUSHI BAR from April till May Simon and Violette ( ancien pupils of the Sushi School and diplomated Hotel school ) will host on you lunch and evening with real Sushi made at the ancien way as teached by our Master OSHIBA ( first Sushi MLaster to obtain a Michelin Star)
The Sushi Classes start again in September
